Slayer is an American thrash metal band formed in Huntington Park, California, in 1981 by guitarists Jeff Hanneman and Kerry King. Slayer rose to fame with their 1986 release,Reign in Blood, and is credited as one of the “Big Four” thrash metal acts, along withMetallica, Megadeth and Anthrax. Their album Reign in Blood is considered to be the foundation and inspiration of death metal.

The fact you’ve managed to be in a successful band and run a hugely successful clothing line and keep thousands, if not millions, of fans happy, is enough to make anyone grateful for you and your band. I’ve learnt from you that appearance doesn’t matter, that if you want to modify your body then do it, and fuck what everyone else thinks. My family and a lot of friends don’t like your music, but for every one of them there’s got to be a hundred people that love your music. I’ve been with Bring Me The Horizon maybe not since the start, but for a very long time, and I intend to stay with them until the end, and hopefully one day meet you all.
